BRIDGENS PROJECTS
Bridgens works on projects in infrastructure, energy, ecology, education, tourism, and developing industrial and economic cooperation zones.
The China – Mongolia – Russia Economic Corridor was established as a result of a trilateral agreement signed in the presence of the countries’ leadership in 2016 at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Tashkent. The Corridor is considered a key area for the confluence of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Silk Road Economic Belt, and Mongolia’s Steppe Road initiative.
The China – Mongolia – Russia Economic Corridor combines the potential of two belt development projects: Trans-Eurasian Belt Razvitie, and the Silk Road Economic Belt. In total, 32 different projects are involved in creating the corridor, half of which are about developing the transit potential of Mongolia’s infrastructure. According to data from the Mongolian side, successfully implementing these infrastructure projects will double the transit cargo traffic across Mongolia.
